  • Professional Development

    We are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees. Study grants provide faculty and staff the opportunity to attend conferences and workshops, improve their curriculums through interdisciplinary summer projects, conduct research, and more.

    Travel grants also support the continuing education of our faculty. Teachers have traveled to Botswana to learn about eco-tourism, visited the Globe Theatre in London to enhance NCS's Lower School Shakespeare curriculum, and ridden the Trans-Siberian Railway to study the impact of Soviet industrialization.

    Sabbatical leave is also available to faculty members at NCS.

    National Cathedral School anticipates faculty and staff openings for the 2023-2024 school year.  We welcome the opportunity to meet potential candidates in person and have attended several hiring events and fairs previously:
