National Cathedral School (NCS) announces a search for a full-time facilities assistant to offer support for various aspects of running the Facilities Department. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years’ experience with office administrative management. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time. This 12-month staff position begins in August 2020.
Responsibilities for this position include creating rental agreements, coordinating both field trip and athletic transportation requests, and ensuring set-up needs for weekly events are up to date. Other responsibilities include uploading department invoices for approval; assisting with managing on-site setup, production, and cleanup for events as necessary; and assisting both the Director of Buildings & Grounds and the Facilities, Events & Rental Coordinator with daily operations.
