On June 8, 2008, the NCS Class of 2008 had the pleasure of welcoming Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice as commencement speaker in the Washington National Cathedral.

Secretary Rice greeted the 75 graduates prior to the ceremony where she offered them her congratulations and well wishes.
