Dr. DeGruy has published numerous journal articles and book chapters and authored her seminal book entitled Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome: America’s Legacy of Enduring Injury & Healing. She has spoken to thousands of educators over the decades at both the National Association of Independent School's People of Color Conference and the White Privilege Conference.
