NCS Faculty and Staff Attend People of Color Conference

Thirteen NCS faculty and staff members headed to St. Louis for the annual National Association of Independent Schools People of Color Conference. The event, with the theme Gateways to Freedom, featured several meaningful keynote addresses, as well as workshops and "express cafes" at which small groups of participants shared perspectives and discussed ideas. The adults representing NCS, St. Albans, and Beauvoir made time for a meal together to reflect on how the themes raised at the conference apply to life on the Close.
