Students Travel, Explore, Learn Over Spring Break

A group of Upper School students traveled to Taiwan to see the sites and practice their language skills. Their travels included a visit with students at a local kindergarten, sampling local specialties including soup dumplings and bubble tea, and taking in the breathtaking city views from the 89th floor of Taipei 101. Upper School NCS and STA musicians headed to Montreal for sightseeing and performances, including at the Notre Dame Basilica. Middle School students learned about the culture, terrain, and ecosystems of Costa Rica for a week of spring break. Highlights included waking up to a chorus of howler monkeys, a tortilla-making session, a visit to a wildlife refuge, and a zip-line!
