Details:
The program will be run by the NCS Varsity Volleyball coach, Jill Luby. We will review basic fundamental skills of gymnastics using the floor, balance beam, unparallel bars and the vault. I will evaluate each child to see if they can perform more advanced techniques with my spot as the program progresses. Participants must wear comfortable playing clothes and are required to wear socks.
