Varsity Basketball Doubleheader at St. Albans
The NCS varsity basketball team will play ISL foe Flint Hill at St. Albans' Martin Gym this evening in a special doubleheader event. Game time is slated for 5:45 PM and will be followed by the St. Albans varsity basketball team playing Bullis at 7:30 PM. The NCS Dance Team will also perform during halftime of both games.
The Eagles have gotten off to a great start this season boasting a record of 5-1 overall and 5-0 in the ISL. Most recently the team travelled to Holton-Arms and secured a victory over the Panthers, 55-38. Marta Sniezek '15 was the team's high scorer with 37 points. Bella Alarie '16 sunk three three-pointers for a total of nine points, and blocked eight shots.
Flint Hill enters this evening's game having only played two league games and with a record of 1-1.
