Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer with the NCS Parents Association. Below is an overview of some of the activities and events you can volunteer your time for. Please contact Amanda Muela, director of parent relations, to get involved.

  • GRADE LEVEL VOLUNTEER ROLES

    Volunteers are placed within each of the grades during the late spring and summer prior to the start of the academic year.  If you are interested in learning about available grade level roles, please contact your class grade representative.
  • COMMITTEE VOLUNTEER ROLES - Spring Benefit

    Spring Benefit volunteers can work in a variety of roles in support of the annual Spring Benefit dinner and auction that raises funds for NCS faculty and students. Volunteers are needed throughout the year to solicit auction items from individuals and businesses, sell program advertisements, solicit corporate sponsorships, write auction descriptions, and set-up the event in March.
  • COMMITTEE VOLUNTEER ROLES - Flower Mart Used Book Sale

    The NCS Used Book Sale at Flower Mart is an annual tradition. Funds raised by the sale benefit All Hallows Guild and help maintain the grounds of the Cathedral Close. The Book Sale takes place on the Friday and Saturday of the first weekend in May, but begins with a preview day for faculty and staff of the Close on Thursday. Volunteers help sort, price, and sell books.
  • COMMITTEE VOLUNTEER ROLES - Sports Committee

    The Sports Committee wants your help in supporting our athletes by fostering sportsmanship and NCS spirit throughout the year. Goals for the school year include supporting Fallfest, Winterfest, and Springfest, and planning the end-of-year Sports Banquet. The Committee is in charge of communicating with parents, students, and faculty to ensure event successes throughout the year.
