Guild for Grades 5 & 6: Sept. 18
Attention all 5th & 6th grade singers! Rehearsals for Guild starts Wednesday, Sept.18 from 3:30-4:30 pm in the lower school assembly room.
What is Guild? An honors-level extracurricular choir that rehearses weekly and performs throughout the year. In addition to the lower school music performances, the Guild also participates in festivals, a special Sinfonietta Holiday concert, and other performance opportunities that arise during the school year. The Guild’s performance season culminates in an exciting day-long performance trip in collaboration with St. Alban’s CBA chorus. The trip is scheduled for Friday, May 30th (destination TBD).
Who is eligible? Any NCS student in the 5th or 6th grade.

How do I join? Just show up at the first rehearsal! No audition!
What if I’m not sure about joining? No problem! Just come to the rehearsal to find out what Guild is like. If you like it, join. If not, that’s fine too! You may also want to ask former Guild members about their experience (like singing in the festival, doing the Toy Symphony, singing “God Bless America” for the Squirrels baseball team, ect…)
